Elementary schools & MIddles school - ordering

Hello everyone,

We have noticed there has been lots of phone calls about ordering online. So I've compiled a small FAQ below.

1. Q: How do I order pictures online?
A: You can visit our order now tab, and select the gallery of photos you would like to purchase from. Right now it's back to school season so most customers are looking to purchase their back to school portraits. So if this is your situation you will select school photos. Once you select that you can search for your school's gallery.

2. Q: I went online to look for my school's gallery. Why is it not there?
A: We do not publish our online gallery's until we have processed everything. Typically this process takes about 2 weeks.

3: Q: I'm trying to access my gallery, but it is asking me for an online code. What is my online code?
A: Your online code is your student's ID number. If you do not know your student's ID number please ask your student. We are not allowed to give out student ID numbers.
